What began as a quiet dream in our hearts, and later a sketch on paper at our kitchen table, soon became something more.

Coming from humble beginnings, we’ve always carried a desire to build—not just for ourselves, but to create something meaningful that would extend beyond us. As we built our own home and raised our family, that vision became clearer. We weren’t just building a life—we were being called to build something with purpose. DSV Legacy Estates LLC was born from that vision.

With a foundation rooted in faith and a strong sense of community, we brought together our experiences as corporate leaders, business strategists, community advocates, and intentional builders to create something aligned with who we are. We understand what it takes to lead, to execute, and to turn vision into reality—and we carry that same mindset into every project and partnership.

We are the proud parents of four amazing children and grandparents to our miracle granddaughter, Baby Gabby. They are a constant reminder of why legacy matters—and why we remain committed to building something that will last and extend far beyond us.
