Who We Are
Dwayne and Shaun Venable, Co-founders of DSV Legacy Estates LLC
We are on an ambitious mission to build generational wealth through real estate and level the playing field for those who are new in their real estate journey.
We focus on rehabilitating distressed properties, primarily in underserved communities, and providing affordable housing options to those in need. We also serve as a conduit for like-minded individuals who are interested in partnering and learning more about the real estate game.

In addition to our real estate investment business, I am a Certified Christian Life Coach for women of faith in business and ministry. I offer a variety of coaching services for women to move from vision to full execution in pursuit of purpose and financial freedom.
